• 2 Tbsp Flax seeds
• 1 Cup Milk
• 1/2 Cup Bananas (finely chopped)
• 2 tsp Honey

1. In a blender or juicer, add bananas, flax seeds, and honey in milk, blend till you get a smooth mix.
2. Serve in glass or bowl of your choice.
3. Garnish with strawberry and banana slice.
