Spinach leaves- 1 cup (washed, chopped)
Cucumber- 1 (peeled, sliced)
Mint leaves- 8-10 (chopped)
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
Ginger- 1 tsp (grated)
